Hospice care means different things to different people.  In my many years of working with women with cancer, I was under the impression that Hospice care was only for end of life. 

My guest explains that Hospice care is so much more than that. 

Mia Albert is a nurse of over 13 years and has spent the last 8 working in hospice care. During that time Mia worked as a nurse at the bedside caring for patients in their final days. She has also operated as part of the growth and business development team offering support to families making decisions regarding end-of-life care. Mia is now a member of the leadership team for her local hospice office.
