Kim Becker has been a business owner, keynote speaker and national educator for more than 25 years.  Through her many experiences in the for-profit and non-profit business worlds, Kim has become a business woman, fundraiser, event planner, educator, speaker, author, consultant and the face of Hello Gorgeous!

As the Founder of Hello Gorgeous! of HOPE, Inc., a non-profit organization that provides Red-Carpet Experiences for all women battling all cancers across the United States, Kim has spoken to tens of thousands of people across a huge range of venues.  With presentations based on over two decades of experience as a business owner, trainer, speaker and spokesperson, Kim has a unique skill set and an uncanny ability to connect with both an audience and on a one-on-one level. Kim's authentic delivery can move her audience both to tears and to laughter with her insights and her passion.

Kim's first book, “Hello Gorgeous!: A Journey of Faith, Love and Hope”, published by Corby Books, received the Mom`s Choice Award for Inspiration. Her second book, "I Promise to Put My Lipstick On When I Get There!" is a red-carpet guide to staying gorgeous through a woman's cancer journey.

She received the Spirit of Women Award in 2011, an American Cancer Society Coaches Verses Cancer Inspirational Award and was recently honored with a Daily Point of Light Award from President George H.W. Bush’s nonprofit.

I have found that individuals in the beauty industry have the biggest hearts. We are all about serving others. I believe that there is a way to serve others, help promote your business and positively impact your bottom line.

I will tell you that during the 30 years I spent as a hairdresser behind the chair, not once did a media outlet ever reach out to me and say "I heard that you are doing an awesome haircut and hilite today and we want to come and do a story on you!" Not once did that ever happen.

But I can not tell you about the number of times that we have received media coverage on the work that our salon and other salons in our program have received, because of the impact that they are making as a part of Hello Gorgeous!
