Jinger Brinkly
The cornerstone of everything Jinger does is Jesus Christ. She credits her creative abilities to God and His providence. She recognizes that perseverance is gained through refining. She is humbled by the people God has brought into her life, knowing that we cannot accomplish anything alone.
Veteran and Entrepreneur, Jinger Brinkley, grew up in the Detroit metropolitan area. In 2003, in response to the Global War on Terror, Jinger enlisted in the US Army. Jinger’s military assignments include
• Detention Operations, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba
• Weapons Instructor, United State Military Academy at West Point
• United State Army Drill Sergeant (Fort Jackson, SC / Fort Leonard Wood, MO)
While deployed to Guantanamo Bay, she met her husband of 17 years, their combined military careers moved the couple and their family across 5 states. Each move, Jinger saw as an opportunity to expand her growth through new challenges. Her career includes service within the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, and navigating private sector oil and gas.
This kaleidoscope of experience provided Jinger with the skills and awareness needed to thrive as an entrepreneur. After a combined 35 years of service, Jinger and Byron’s military careers were ending. Throughout her 15 years of service, and varied career positions the constant was art and celebration. Each deployment or move was an opportunity to share joy and excitement with her children and neighbors through artistic expression and design. Homecoming signs, and care packages, created by hand with artwork expressing joy, hope, and love.
This passion for creative expression and outpouring of love met with an amazing opportunity in 2018. In 2018 Jinger was introduced to a small rental industry called “yard carding”. Individuals use graphics and letters to create front yard displays commemorating and celebrating life’s biggest moments. She bought out associates existing business and began her entrepreneurial story. In 2019 Jinger leveraged her artistic skills, business acumen, and work ethic to found Yard Card Supply, LLC. Yard Card Supply, LLC is the original wholesale provider of yard card materials. Over the past three years, Jinger has identified gaps in the industry and innovated solutions resulting in two trademarks and two patents. Yard Card Supply, LLC is built on the cornerstone of Philippians 2:3-4
