I Can’t Believe That My Son is No Longer a Teenager
Today my baby turns 20. I can not believe that my son is no longer a teenager. He truly isn't a baby anymore.
It has been such an honor to watch our son grow into an incredible young man. He has the spirit of a leader, a servants heart and a smile that won't stop. He is smart, kind and courteous, and he has done such a wonderful job of taking care of his mama!!!
His dad would be so very proud of him. I have shared with Seth that we carried on as his dad would have wanted us to do.
In the fall he will be a sophomore in college, he will take on the position of an RA, he will participate on a colligate bowling team and compete in his 2nd powerlifting competition.
Mike would always tell me, as I would complain about Seth getting older , that he was doing his job. He is right. Seth is doing his job and he is doing it well.
Years ago, one of Mike's co-workers told us that your child is an open book and you are the one that fills the pages. I think that we have written a pretty good book so far. I look forward to his future chapters that will turn into a best seller.
I love you son!! Happy Birthday!!!
XOXO
