Grace Hao is grateful to be inspiring leaders locally, nationally, and internationally through her leadership and educational programs.
Do you have an understanding of what the ingredients in skincare products actually do? Your skin is the largest organ in your body. Your skin also absorbs everything that you put on it, good or bad. Whether you are going through cancer treatment or not, you should be aware of what is in your skincare.
Rick Jordan is regarded as a nationally recognized voice on cybersecurity, business ethics, and entrepreneurship. Rick also hosts a podcast called All In.
Caregiving can be a tough job. Managing your everyday life and then adding in caring for a loved one that is sick, can be overwhelming. While caring for your loved one, you need to also care for yourself. In this episode, Jessica Bamber shares hints and tips to avoid caregiver burnout.
Hospice care means different things to different people. In my many years of working with women with cancer, I was under the impression that Hospice care was only for end of life. My guest explains that Hospice care is so much more than that.
Dawn Williams is a wonderful woman, a great business owner, and quite the go-getter. Take a listen to my interview with Dawn to hear more about her technology for seniors’ business, her book, and what's next for her.
There is something that you can tell about a person just from their energy. Iselyn’s energy is off the charts.
Every once in a while, I get the opportunity to meet someone that truly inspires me. Kristen is that person. She used her physical fitness journey to curate quite the following on social media. When she was diagnosed with cancer, she decided to keep her public persona and share her journey with her followers.
16 years ago when we were designing our logo for Hello Gorgeous!, our graphic designer decided to omit the nose on the face that has become the trademark of Hello Gorgeous! When I asked him "Why?" he stated that it didn’t define race.
Take a listen to this episode of Ask the Expert where Natalie Bauss from KPS Essentials is as we chat about ways to protect your skin this summer, ways to heal scars, and the best sunscreen to use to keep you safe this summer.

My son has taken up powerlifting. I believe it was a way for him to de-stress. I feel that it gave him the sense of control, especially in times when he didn’t feel as if he had control. He has truly embraced the sport of powerlifting and has found a family at our local gym. Seth is the definition of dedication.
I loved the opportunity to interview Michael Sherlock for my podcast. I love guests that give me nuggets that I, myself can put into action. And now KISS is known for their stage presence and their music.
I was 52 when I heard the words, "you have cancer". It was hard enough then. Her life was now put on hold. Carly had to sit out a semester of school.
